Mass entries that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Once an entry has been submitted, it may not be changed, altered or modified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION: Following the Entry Period, two (2) winners will be selected through random drawings from all eligible entries received. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters.

PRIZES: There are two (2) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be awarded. Each Prize consists of one (1) $20 Dried Fruit Variety Snack Packs. Limit one Prize per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $20.00; total ARV of all prizes is $40.00. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees, costs and expenses associated with a Prize. A potential winner may also be disqualified for any of the following reasons, and a new potential winner selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion: if Sponsor believes that a potential winner has tampered with the entry process or has undermined the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair practices, or engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other Entrant, or any representative of Sponsor; or if such Entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules or has otherwise violated these Official Rules. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Entry Period, regardless of the method of entry. If it is determined that multiple Entries are submitted by the same person or Facebook account, then only the first Entry received by Sponsor will be considered. Mass Entries that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or Entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Once an Entry has been submitted, it may not be changed, altered or modified. Message and data rates may apply.

ENTRY CRITERIA: To enter, go to http://www.facebook.com/yourFFT during the Entry Period and follow the instructions for submitting an entry. To be eligible, an Entry must tag a friend. Your Entry may not:

RELEASES: By participating, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Instagram, their affiliates, subsidiaries, law firms, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of the foregoing from any and all liability, claims, actions, judgments, demands, proceedings, injuries, losses, or damages (including, without limitation, personal injury or death) arising out of or relating to: the operation of the Contest; Entrant’s participation in Contest; Entrant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize; any errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest related materials; technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; or late, lost, garbled, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete incorrect, undeliverable, damaged Entries, mail, or e-mail. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Contest in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest and, if terminated, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, determine the winner using all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to the time of cancellation using the judging procedure outlined above. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and void his/her Entry) found to be tampering with the Entry process or the operation of the Contest or website, intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant, Sponsor, any Contest Party or any of their respective representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek any equitable or legal remedies available to it from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Contest.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am Pacific Time (“PT”) on Friday, February 24 and ends at 11:59pm PT on Sunday, February 26 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: Sigona’s Office Deliveries, 2345 Middlefield Rd., Redwood City, CA 94063.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, go to http://www.facebook.com/yourFFT during the Entry Period and follow the instructions for submitting an entry. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. If it is determined that multiple entries are submitted by the same person, then only the first entry received by Sponsor will be considered. Mass entries that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Once an entry has been submitted, it may not be changed, altered or modified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

PRIZES: There are three (3) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available to be awarded. Each Prize consists of one (1) $20 Sigona’s Farmers Market gift card. Limit one Prize per person. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $20.00; total ARV of all prizes is $60.00. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees, costs and expenses associated with a Prize. The odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Each potential winner will be notified on or about Tuesday, February 28 by Facebook message. Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours from the time of notification, and may be required to complete and return an executed Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days after its mailing, or he/she will be disqualified and a new potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules. A potential winner may also be disqualified for any of the following reasons, and a new potential winner selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion: if Sponsor believes that a potential winner has tampered with the entry process or has undermined the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair practices, or engaged in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other Entrant, or any representative of Sponsor; or if such Entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements in these Official Rules or has otherwise violated these Official Rules. If it is determined that a potential winner has not complied with these Official Rules, has failed to execute and return any required documents within the specified time period, has made false statements or a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified, and a new potential winner may be selected.
